Website Terms of Use
Effective date: 15 October 2026. These terms apply to your use of neolence.com. By using the site, you agree to them.
About this site
neolence.com is run by Neolence, a research lab based in Yola, Adamawa State, Nigeria. The site is for information only. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote or a contract, and it does not sell anything.
AlphaX
AlphaX is invite-only. Nothing on this site gives you access to AlphaX, or any licence to use it or its designs. Access is only ever given under a separate written agreement with Neolence.
Our content
The text, images, logos, illustrations, video and design of this site belong to Neolence, unless stated otherwise. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish or reuse its content, or use the Neolence or AlphaX names and logos, without our written permission.
Unsolicited ideas
If you send us ideas, proposals or research without a signed agreement, they are not confidential, and Neolence has no obligation to you over them.
No warranties
We work to keep the site accurate, but it is provided “as is”. It describes research in progress, and we make no promise that any information on it is complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose. Do not rely on it as technical, scientific or professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Neolence is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Links
If the site links to other websites, we do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
